It has an open-air communal swimming pool, sun loungers by the poolside and a panoramic and equipped loggia where guests can dine. The manicured shared garden and lawn surrounding the house is enormous and has a play area for children. There is also another alfresco setup on a paved terrace with a BBQ for the exclusive use of the guests.
The loggia is attached to the bright and spacious living room. Inside, the lake-view room offers a welcoming ambiance where guests can relax on the double sofa bed. The kitchen is adjacent to the room and opens into the open area with BBQ on the other side. It is equipped with a dining table, a coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a freezer. The bedrooms are on the first floor and can be reached by stairs.

Bedroom 1: The lake-view master bedroom with refreshing interiors has access to the balcony, a double bed and an armchair.
Bedroom 2: The room welcomes lots of natural light through its window and is furnished with two single beds.

Extra charges
A town tax is to be paid on the spot at € 1/Person/Day for the first 15 days, with an exemption for guests below the age of 16. If necessary, gas for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of climate must be paid on the spot at € 2.00/mc. Guests also have to make a refundable security deposit of € 200 in cash, upon arrival at the time of check-in.
Please also note that check-in time is from 16.00-20.00 and check-out time is from 08.00-10.00. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon.
Location
The charming holiday apartment on the hillside with gorgeous views of the lake is just the kind of apartment one needs for a relaxing holiday on Lake Como. The locality is blessed with a peaceful environment surrounded by a green landscape on all sides. There is a Pizzeria at about 800 meters. For more restaurants and shops, it is best to visit the lakefront which is about a 4-5 minutes drive from the apartment. Guests can shop for groceries and other essential items at the supermarket which is hardly 6-7 minutes by car. An evening walk along the lakefront with its illuminated fountains is especially recommended.
The stunning landscape of Colico where the apartment is located is dominated by Mount Legnone. The town is a world-class destination for its natural attractions, man-made forts and water sports. The weather and wind are best for enjoying kitesurfing, sailing and windsurfing. For outdoorsy types, mountain biking, tennis, horse riding and golfing present a wonderful opportunity to stay fit and active. Another place of interest is Piona Abbey which is about 17-minutes’ drive from the holiday apartment. It offers one of the best panoramic views of Northern Lake Como that can be enjoyed in the peaceful atmosphere of the monastery.
Guests can also enjoy numerous cafes, pubs, local cuisine and good wine at this gem of a place. The nearest airport is about 78 kilometers away.
